full-time Tower Street Insurance is a fast-growing, Dallas-based insurance agency looking for a driven Employee Benefits Producer to help expand our Employee Benefits team. If you're client-focused, collaborative, and experienced in group benefits, we'd love to connect! What You'll Do Grow and manage a book of group employee benefits business Set strategy, lead renewals, and ensure strong service delivery Prospect through cold calls, networking, and referrals Gather client data and coordinate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, enrollments, and client needs Identify cross-selling opportunities and stay current on industry trends and licensing requirements What You'll Bring 3-5 years of employee benefits sales experience (preferably at an insurance brokerage) Strong understanding of group benefits coverage and underwriting Excellent communication and client relationship skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office; agency management system experience is a plus Health & Life License (or willingness to obtain) Bachelor's degree preferred Why Tower Street Strong brand and positive culture Competitive base + commissions Comprehensive benefits package Paid holidays + flexible PTO Ongoing training and CE opportunities
