Lead through complexity and ambiguity across Xbox and Corporate Functions, establishing clear governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability across Compensation, Finance, Legal, HR, business leadership, and other enterprise partners. Anticipate emerging business, market, regulatory, and talent trends; use data, external insights, technology, automation, and AI to evolve the Global Compensation Consulting capability and influence broader compensation program design. Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-impact global compensation initiatives and advising senior executives on business, talent, financial, or organizational decisions. Experience managing multiple concurrent compensation priorities or programs with significant financial, legal, employee, and reputational implications. Strong executive presence and judgment, with the ability to synthesize complex information, frame decisions, influence senior stakeholders, communicate clearly under pressure, and build trusted-advisor relationships across a matrixed organization. - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900
- $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600
- $303,600 per year.
