Exciting account manager opportunity in the employee benefits insurance industry serving churches and ministries. In this role you will help build and maintain a new book of business in support of an experienced producer who is leveraging thousands of the agency's current church and faith-based non-profit clients. Successful employee benefits account manager experience , ideally working for an Insurance Retail Agency or Company, is necessary to apply for this opportunity.

Income:

$50,000 - $60,000 base, depending on experience

Job Summary:

The candidate will work along side the Employee Benefits producer and report directly to the Customer Service Manager of Lightwell Insurance Advisors - Washington. They will be responsible for generating employee benefit quotations for current church and non-profit clients in support of the specialist. Once they have become a client, you will then assist with enrollment and on-going support of their employee benefits program.

Qualifications:

High school degree Two or more years of success in employee benefits customer service Prior experience as a volunteer or employee of a church is a plus
