We are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to support a Milwaukee, Wisconsin organization with strategic oversight of insurance and claims programs. Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation and management of organizational risk related to insurance, employee benefits, and workers' compensation exposure.
• Oversee claim activity from initial reporting through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to maintain appropriate coverage and service performance.
• Review policies and coverage structures to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and align protection strategies with business needs.
• Monitor workers' compensation cases and support compliant handling in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Analyze loss trends, claim outcomes, and cost drivers to inform risk reduction strategies and operational decisions.
• Advise leadership on risk-related issues, coverage concerns, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
• Support the development and refinement of procedures that improve claim administration and overall insurance program effectiveness.
