Customer Service Crew Leader (Training Provided)

Pay:

$18-23/hour Starting base pay is $18-20/hour (based on experience), plus customer tips. Our team consistently earns additional income through generous customer tips, bringing typical earnings to $20-23+/hour. Work alongside and eventually lead a two-person crew. Learn to provide on-site estimates (we'll train you). Safely operate company trucks. Remove unwanted items efficiently and responsibly. Solve problems, communicate clearly, and represent our company with professionalism. What We're Looking For Strong character and integrity. Dependable, loyal, and coachable.
