Duties Help Supervises and provides substantive technical and administrive guidance to a staff of investigors, investigor support assistants, and clerical personnel. Reviews investigive files on an ongoing basis to ensure proper applicion of the theories of employment discriminion laws and th sufficient informion is being requested and/or has been obtained. Ensures th staff adheres to all EEOC guidelines, rules, regulions, orders, and precedents in the daily performance and completion of investigive duties and administrive functions. Participes with higher level managers in establishing procedures to ensure achievement of District and agency goals and objectives and recommends changes in investigive and operional procedures to meet the agency's mission. Participes on management review teams, special program review projects, special investigive efforts, and in the design, development, and delivery of internal or external program training. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 13 level.
