What You'll Do This is an in-person residential sales position where you'll represent our company in local communities within approximately 20 to 30 minutes of your assigned office. Connect with homeowners to identify potential roofing or exterior remodeling needs. Schedule inspections and help customers understand available solutions. Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and weekly development meetings. Build communication, sales, and leadership skills through consistent field experience. Compensation & Growth Your compensation includes a guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses and uncapped commission. Consistent team members commonly earn $75,000 to $100,000+ annually , with top performers exceeding that range as they develop their skills and production. Your income grows with your performance, and advancement opportunities increase as the company continues expanding into new markets.
