What You'll Actually Do This is a full-time sales role for people who are comfortable starting conversations and creating opportunities with homeowners. You will train every morning, work in assigned territories, and build the skills needed to succeed in roofing and storm restoration.

You will:

Train and prepare through regular coaching and sales development. Engage homeowners and start professional conversations about their needs. Identify opportunities related to roofing, storm restoration, and home improvement. Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for the closing team. Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential. Earnings and Career Path Affordable Home Solutions offers base pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.

First-Year Strong Performers:

Approximately $80,000

Approximately $150,000
