Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is hiring an Administrative Operations intern. Responsibilities Meeting Coordination, including handling logistics, (e.g., invitations, booking conference rooms, etc.), taking meeting notes, documenting actions items, and following up action items to resolution Tracking team travel and ensuring Trip Reports are filled out and stored properly Assist the team with Organization and maintaining working order of SharePoint (data input and storage) Updating and maintaining group tracking and presentation files. Performing ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills Current college student with a junior/senior standing pursuing a bachelor's degree Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent handling various tasks at the same time and responsive with a strong teamwork attitude.
