Every order that goes out the door depends on the people on our floor, and we want them to have an HR partner who shows up for them, listens, and gets things done. That's where you come in. As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for our production workforce, including both our full-time and temporary team members. You'll be the bridge between the floor and HR, making sure people get answers quickly, their records are right, and they have the safety training they need to go home safe every day. What you'll do Be a friendly, approachable point of contact for production employees, answering questions and helping solve problems (in English or Spanish) Keep employee records accurate and up to date for full-time and temporary staff Keep communication flowing smoothly between production leadership and HR Coordinate and track safety training so everyone stays compliant and protected Dig into discrepancies and follow through until they're resolved What you bring 1-2 years of HR experience, or a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or a combination of experience and education) A genuine care for people and a service-first mindset A great listener who solves problems by understanding them first Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines Strong ethics and the ability to keep employee information confidential Comfort juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish Why Maintex?
