For more information, visit us online at gcsu.edu. Job Summary The Student Assistant for Human Resources will provide educationally beneficial assistance to the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities Administrative Support - 50 To include filing, sorting, photocopying, maintaining records, deliveries, running errands, operating office machines. Assist new employees with paperwork. Customer Service - 50 Answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and assisting customers. Provide excellent customer service to employees, retirees, and others, on the phone or in-person. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Must be currently enrolled in minimum of 6 credit hours with Georgia College & State University. Other Required Qualifications Ability to work a flexible schedule around class commitments. Required Experience Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail required. Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to multi-task. Proposed Salary $10.00 / hour.
