We provide Tier 1 logistic, warehousing and inventory services to Kia Motors Manufacturing. We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Administrative Clerk.

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain all Team Member attendance records. Issue attendance warnings. Track doctor's notes, FMLA absences, and medical leave. File and maintain current HR files, including personnel and medical files. Participate in new-hire orientation. Enter and track performance warnings. Provide customer service by responding to employee requests and questions. Assist with annual open enrollment. Track, post, and issue cards for Team Member birthdays and anniversaries. Assist with all HR events. Verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files. Assist with recruitment and interview processes as needed. Make photocopies, fax documents, and perform other general clerical functions. Assist with new-hire orientation. Verify that all new-hire and termination functions have been completed. Assist with processing employee Team Wear requests. Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous HR experience preferred.

Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED Experience:

3 years of specialized work experience preferred. Glovis Georgia provides an excellent benefits package.
