This role provides administrative and operational support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and employee support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations and assist with the administration of company policies and procedures. Coordinate the full hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding. Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate employee orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with personnel information. Assist employees with questions related to benefits, company policies, and HR processes. Help coordinate leave administration and maintain compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations. Support performance review cycles, employee development initiatives, and training coordination. Assist with employee engagement activities and company events. Provide administrative support for HR projects, reporting, and compliance documentation. Work with managers and employees to help resolve routine workplace concerns and ensure timely follow-up. Assist with recruiting efforts through job boards, community outreach, career fairs, and social media. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or an administrative support role preferred. Working knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience using Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding activities. Familiarity with benefits administration and employee record management. Experience using social media or online recruiting platforms to attract candidates. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
