About the Role Spears Enterprises, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruiting and onboarding process for our Delivery Associates (drivers). Reporting directly to the Owner, you'll screen applicants, schedule interviews, and act as the main point of contact for new hires from their first application through their first 30 days on the job. This role is based out of our delivery station, with flexibility to work remotely for parts of the day when phone screens and interviews are less practical. We'll work with you to build a schedule that fits both the job and your life. What You'll Do Manage the full hiring pipeline for Delivery Associates, with a goal of 3-5 new hires completing training each week Post and manage job listings on Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, campus boards, and other channels Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews Coordinate and track drug screening and background check deadlines Enter and maintain onboarding data in our HR systems Register new hires for training and build a 30-day plan for each one, including a welcome packet and pipeline tracking Develop recruiting strategies that fit within budget and staffing goals What Your First 30 Days Look Like We believe a great recruiter understands the job they're hiring for.

Your onboarding will include:

A pre-training field ride and full 3-day driver training An orientation ride-along Hands-on training with our systems — driver portal, Fastest Labs, and the Amazon Flex app What We're Looking For Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be the face of the company for every new hire Prior recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable with data entry and basic HR/recruiting software Reliable Transportation - you will be driving to Haysville, NC once per week for interviews for a specified period Pay & Benefits $21.75 per hour, paid weekly 8-hour shifts, 3-4 day work week (30-40 hours) Flexible hours, generally 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday) Two paid 15-minute breaks and one paid 30-minute meal break daily Medical benefits available 401K plan w/ employer match Paid time off begins accruing immediately

Pay:

$21.75 - $22.00 per hour
