M-F Hourly Rate:
$19/hr-$24/hr We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team. If you are passionate about people, energized by variety, and eager to grow your HR skillset while influencing hospital operations and HR strategy, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a difference and grow every day. Responsibilities Responsibilities As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department. You may also provide support to the CEO and other departments, as needed. Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, and compiling records. You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma required 1 years work experience in Human Resources field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required Preferred Experience Associates degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills
