Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of employee-owners at our Seneca, SC location.

Responsibilities will include:

Interviewing for entry-level hourly positions New employee orientation and onboarding Maintaining training and personnel files Timekeeping Work comp administration Safety program administration Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred: HR Generalist background Industrial or Manufacturing Experience ADP payroll/HRIS system Position to work onsite Salaried position with hours to meet needs of the facility and the employees on shifts (24x7). Work with Plant Manager to find a good fit.
