Job Description

HR Administrator Nighthawk Completion Services is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and takes pride in accuracy and timely execution. Key Responsibilities Process employee changes in ADP , including new-hire onboarding, terminations, employee status changes, and other HR transactions. Coordinate with the Operations Management Team to administer and support the employee onboarding process. Review, record, and maintain required new-hire documentation. Create and maintain accurate and confidential electronic personnel files. Assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in developing and maintaining HR and administrative policies and procedures. Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions regarding HR, benefits, payroll, and company policies. Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support to the corporate office. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support legal and regulatory compliance. Provide backup support to other members of the HR team as needed. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Experience with ADP preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
