Sparks Group has partnered with a leading organization in the government contracting and professional services space to identify a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. This position provides full life cycle administrative support throughout the interview portion of the candidate experience, with a strong focus on interview scheduling, candidate communication, hiring team coordination, and overall interview logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment when handling confidential information, and the ability to coordinate effectively with recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, and other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the candidate interview process, including scheduling, virtual interviews, interview events, travel coordination, and onsite candidate support. Manage interview scheduling and availability across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Provide high-touch support to candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a professional and positive experience. Coordinate logistics for onsite candidates, including arrival instructions and escorting as needed. Support virtual interview coordination, including Microsoft Teams interviews and other remote interview logistics. Communicate regularly with candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and career managers to ensure interview-related actions are completed accurately and on time. Track interview activities and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep the recruiting process moving efficiently. Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information, recruiting materials, and other sensitive or proprietary information. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements throughout the recruiting and interview process. Manage multiple priorities and requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Support virtual and remote stakeholders across the U.S. and international locations.
Qualifications/Background Profile :
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative support preferred. Experience managing a high volume of tasks, requests, or scheduling activities. Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and company information. Comfortable working independently with general direction and established procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Flexible and adaptable when priorities or processes change. Comfortable supporting virtual and remote clients and stakeholders across multiple locations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, preferred. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed at the facility. - This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range:
Hourly $19.35 to $22.58 We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
