Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our organization's HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization, and onboarding programs such as employee orientation. Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Manage benefits administration programs covering health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks while ensuring accurate data entry in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management, communication skills enhancement, and organizational design improvements. Coordinate project management activities related to HR initiatives such as succession planning, organization restructuring, and workforce management strategies using tools like Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management and strategic HR planning. Demonstrated expertise in employment & labor law compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. Extensive knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP for data collection and payroll processing. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively across diverse teams. Excellent communication skills combined with administrative experience in data entry, contracts handling, and performance evaluation processes.
