Director of Human Resources - Nightingale at Stonegate (Skilled Nursing Facility) Full-Time Nightingale at Stonegate, a respected provider of high-quality healthcare services, is seeking a dynamic, experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions within our skilled nursing community. What You'll Do As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee all HR operations for the facility, ensuring compliance, supporting staff, and partnering closely with leadership to maintain a positive, engaged workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:
