Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a vibrant, compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will drive organizational growth by developing innovative HR strategies aligned with our business objectives. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring that our HR practices support a positive work environment and promote our company's values. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and fostering open communication channels. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity), and other relevant regulations. Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, succession planning, and recognition programs to enhance workforce productivity. Administer benefits programs such as payroll, workers' compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Supervise HR teams in areas like training & development, HR sourcing, HR legal compliance, and process improvement to ensure efficient operations. Utilize data analysis skills for workforce analytics, data collection, and reporting to inform strategic HR decisions. Manage HR legal compliance issues including contracts, employee misconduct investigations, and confidentiality of sensitive information. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation while maintaining employee engagement. Experience Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a strong background in human capital management and strategic planning. Demonstrated success supervising human resources teams across multiple functions such as recruiting, training & development, employee relations, and benefits administration. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, EEO policies, and HR legal compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with HR systems like , UltiPro, ADP Paychex or Paylocity; proficiency in data analysis tools is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities through process improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Prior experience managing human resources budgets and utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo or Lever for recruiting efforts is preferred.
