Human Resources Manager Job Summary Oak Park Oasis, a leading provider of comprehensive medical services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Oak Park, Illinois. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the human resources department's strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless care for our patients. About the Role As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling Coordinate employee orientations, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and termination procedures Administer and maintain employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans Conduct performance evaluations, salary administration, and benefits administration Develop and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a long term care setting Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Why Work for Oak Park Oasis?
