Director of TME Partnerships

Credit Union Angott Search Group is partnering with a $2.5B Indiana credit union in the search for a Director of TME Partnerships. This leadership role oversees key areas of Team Member Experience, including business partnering, recruiting and selection, and performance management, while supporting a positive and engaged workplace aligned with the credit union's values.

Responsibilities:

Lead business partnering efforts across assigned Lines of Business, providing HR guidance, coaching, and solutions.

Oversee recruitment and selection strategies, processes, and applicant tracking systems.

Coach Hiring Managers and TME Business Partners on effective recruiting and selection practices.

Oversee orientation and onboarding efforts to deliver a consistent Team Member experience.

Direct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.

Lead and develop TME Business Partners, including performance management, training, and professional development.

Conduct workplace accident and incident investigations and collaborate with leadership on resolution.

Support Team Member engagement, recognition, morale, and retention initiatives.

Ensure TME practices, documentation, and processes align with employment regulations and organizational policies.

Contribute to TME projects, audits, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

5-8 years of similar or related experience.

Experience in human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition, or a related function.

Leadership and people management experience.

Strong coaching, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, and employment practices
