Compensation:

The Role We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and lead the people function across our company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can wear multiple hats — owning everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and culture. You'll be the go-to person for our team and a trusted partner to ownership in shaping how we hire, develop, and retain top talent. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to put their stamp on a growing brand. What You'll Do Own the full-cycle recruiting process — writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers Lead onboarding and offboarding to ensure every employee has a smooth, welcoming start and a respectful exit Develop, document, and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and standard operating procedures Administer payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and PTO tracking [in partnership with leadership and outside accounting firm] Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and keep the company audit-ready Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns Build and run performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and professional development programs Partner with leadership on organizational planning, compensation strategy, and headcount forecasting Champion company culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team events Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in a generalist or HR management role Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, compliance, and best practices Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sound, discreet judgment on sensitive matters Highly organized self-starter comfortable owning HR independently in a growing company Proficiency with payroll platforms and standard office software Preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
