Type:
full-time JustinBradley's client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to be a key member of the News P&C team, coordinating P&C initiatives and supporting the News employee population. This role partners with P&C, managers and employees to deliver consistent, high-quality support. This role maintains a strong pulse on the Global News organization, connecting and tracking people activities to ensure alignment and visibility across teams. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, success requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and close partnership with P&C stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to deliver support at scale. Hybrid to Washington, DC 3 days onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Support execution of core P&C programs and organizational transformation initiatives across global news teams Coordinate projects tied to organizational changes, including restructures, role changes, and workforce planning activities Own and maintain organizational charts for global news teams, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Manage and maintain the Global News Point site and file structures, ensuring content is organized, current, and accessible Develop presentation materials, including decks, charts, and analytics for leadership and business needs Maintain processes supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and documentation Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Talent populations across global news teams Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers across global news teams, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries Apply and communicate company policies consistently, with awareness of regional nuances Provide day-to-day operational support to the P&C team, ensuring efficient execution of core processes and initiatives Provide onsite P&C Coordination support for the DC office as needed Provide administrative support, including support to the VP, P&C Maintain and analyze reports, trackers, and dashboards to support workforce insights and decision-making Leverage Excel and Workday for reporting, data analysis, and process improvement Partner with the P&C team to coordinate and deliver the monthly P&C newsletter, ensuring content is aligned, timely, and relevant Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence (Recruiting, L&D, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits) and regional stakeholders to deliver aligned, seamless support Must Have Skills /
Requirements:
2-3 years of Human Resources, People Operations, or related P&C experience. 2-3 years of project coordination/project management experience, with the ability to organize projects, manage deadlines, and balance competing priorities. Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, or employee documentation. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday, Point, and OneDrive. Experience analyzing Excel data and creating reports; advanced skills with formulas and PivotTables are preferred. Experience creating and maintaining organizational charts; familiarity with Miro is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and senior leadership. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong judgment and follow-through. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and functions. Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with HR data and reporting. Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee relations practices. Experience supporting diverse employee populations. Awareness of international labor practices and regulations is preferred. Bachelor's degree and/or PHR certification preferred.
