Maximus is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager

• HR Business Partner for Federal HR.

This is a remote position. Candidates who reside within driving distance of Maximus' corporate office in Tysons Corner, VA are preferred, as occasional in-office attendance may be required; however, location is not a strict requirement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that HR initiatives support long-term organizational success and agility.
• Anticipate HR challenges and proactively develop solutions that address business needs and support growth objectives.
• Drive organizational development initiatives that align talent and leadership capabilities with evolving business strategies and market demands.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
• Support the execution of performance management processes, ensuring that feedback and development efforts align with business priorities and contribute to individual and organizational growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives and make informed decisions that drive business results.
• Partner with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.) to remove barriers in addressing multi-faceted people challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HRBP team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them grow in their careers and contribute effectively to the business. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting an Information Technology organization within the government contracting sector is required.
• Must have experience collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience utilizing data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing Human Resources teams.
• Must have experience partnering with key HR stakeholders (talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, etc.).
• Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Power Point and Word.
