The Human Resources Director serves as the senior workforce management leader responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, workforce readiness, employee engagement, and personnel lifecycle management of a globally distributed workforce supporting mission-critical federal programs. U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. • Align with key HR stakeholder leaders to assess intersectionality of initiatives, address current and/or anticipated challenges, and maintain transparency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing business decisions through a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and HR analytics, while also advising on complex business issues.
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals and equipped to execute HR initiatives effectively. Minimum Requirements
