HR Director/ Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team, a candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff as well as maintain a good rapport with the team.

HR Director/ Payroll Duties Include :

Day-to-day payroll duties and functions. Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees. Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system. Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.
