HR Partner Serves as primary HR contact for assigned departments, answering questions, communicating and providing guidance on all available Human Resources programs, processes, and policies; assists in researching, developing, and implementing new programs that may be needed for assigned departments. Establishes relationships and collaborates with department directors and other key employees, offering guidance on HR-related issues and delivering strategic, value-added services to support business and department goals. Serves as a resource and advisor for various HR processes such as position reclassification requests, job requisitions, hiring process and new hire processes, performance management, and pay policies and practices. Visits departments in person on a regular basis to build relationships, enhance visibility and accessibility of the HR team, and provide assistance, answer questions, meet with employees, attend department staff meetings and other functions, etc.
