Job Description
Job Summary :
Leads, directs and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy, and Cares Culture principles. Directs the activities of the Employee Relations team. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Reviews employment data and trends to provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover. Assist with ADA accommodations, leave of absence programs, and other projects as needed.Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience. Experience is defined as conducting employee/HR investigations and interviews, participating in regulatory/accreditation surveys, and ensuring compliance with Title VII, FLSA, and other prohibited practices. HR leadership experience preferred. Must obtain PHR, SHRM-CP, or other recognized HR certification within 24 months of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
