Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager and lead our HR initiatives to foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic HR programs, oversee talent acquisition and development, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive employee experience. Your energetic leadership will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth through innovative human capital management practices. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Ensure regulatory compliance management across all HR functions including OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal compliance. Utilize HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive work environment. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining accurate personnel administration records. Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives like organization restructuring or change management programs. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Extensive background in recruiting, personnel administration, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Skilled in conflict management, employee evaluation techniques, and communication skills essential for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with HR department operations including FMLA administration, OSHA compliance, and HR legal requirements. Proficiency in data entry and analysis using Excel or similar tools to inform strategic planning decisions. Prior involvement in training & development programs along with workforce management strategies to optimize organizational performance. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
