W•e are seeking a motivated and experienced Workforce Development Supervisor• to join our team. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing workforce programs, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services to individuals seeking employment, training, and career advancement. Job Overview The Workforce Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the workforce unit, including staff supervision, program coordination, and performance monitoring. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local program requirements while promoting positive outcomes for job seekers and employers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail‑oriented, and committed to supporting both staff and the community. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support workforce staff in delivering employment, training, and career services Coordinate workforce development programs and maintain program compliance Monitor performance goals and outcomes, ensuring quality service delivery Build and maintain effective relationships with community partners, employers, and training providers Assist with program reporting, documentation, and quality assurance Support agency initiatives and represent the workforce division in meetings and community events Provide guidance on policy updates, procedural changes, and best practices Ensure excellent customer service to job seekers, employers, and partners Qualifications Experience in workforce development, human services, employment services, or related field Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, community partners, and employers Knowledge of workforce programs and related regulations is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred Join us in making a difference by leading innovative programs that empower individuals with disabilities while fostering a supportive environment for your team's growth!
Pay:
$24.18 - $36.95 per hour
