What You'll Do Lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and training Ensure compliance with HR and OSHA regulations Drive safety programs and continuous improvement Coach managers and develop employees Manage workers' compensation, and HR compliance Continue to create a positive, high-performing workplace culture What We're Looking For 5+ years of HR leadership experience Manufacturing experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and OSHA Excellent leadership and communication skills A self-starter who enjoys making a difference Why Palmetto Brick?
