Job Description

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team! As the recruiter for the company, you will oversee the hiring process from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of the company, building relationships with new team members, and finding innovative ways to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. Required Skills/Abilities Act as the primary point of contact for all new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming onboarding experience. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assist with new hire paperwork, including verifying employment eligibility and processing background checks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across various roles. Proactive with strong independent judgment and initiative. Develop and interpret company-wide policies related to recruiting. Make informed decisions regarding hiring, including reviewing applications, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ensure the full-cycle recruitment process-including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all departments-runs smoothly and accurately. Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to improve processes and enhance future hiring decisions. Utilize creative methods to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for various roles. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and relevant networks. Ensure familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment. Proficient in or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. Experience as an onboarding specialist or a similar role in Human Resources. ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.

Holiday Pay Pay Range:

In Person Occasional Travel to different stores Reliable commute or planning to relocate prior to start date (required) Working Environment Work is performed in an office setting with ability to speak and receive phone communications often. Work requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination and visual acuity to use keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment. Walking from place to place within the office; bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for up to 2 hours; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds such as small office equipment, files, stacks of paper, reference, and other materials.
