60453675 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a 300+ employee food manufacturing. This role partners with plant and corporate leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, compliance, talent development, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant and corporate leadership, supporting workforce planning, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning for hourly, salaried, and management employees. Lead the site's planned 2026 ADP Workforce Now implementation, including system transition, testing, training, and process improvement. Oversee site-level compensation, benefits, and payroll administration. Drive employee engagement, communication, recognition, and retention initiatives. Partner with EHS leadership to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Manage and develop an HR team consisting of one HR Manager and one part-time Payroll/HR Support team member. Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends and improve organizational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in food manufacturing. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll implementation. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay :
