As a Staffing Coordinator Nursing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing schedules for our nursing departments, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet patient needs Develop and maintain relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration Manage and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a fair and professional manner Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement staffing plans and budgets Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, scheduling, and patient care

Requirements:

0 years of experience in a nursing or healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!) High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
