1st shift (typical office hours) Job Summary Recruiting & Talent Management Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and light industrial roles Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings Manage new hire orientations and HR documentation Maintain accurate records in

ATS/HRIS

systems Onsite & Workforce Support Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll approvals Conduct performance follow-ups and employee check-ins (30/60/90 day reviews) Address attendance issues and disciplinary processes Support safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes Assist with employee relations and retention strategies Qualifications 3+ year recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume hiring experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Basic computer skills; experience with ATS a plus (Bullhorn preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance procedures.
