This role oversees daily human resources operations, ensures adherence to healthcare laws, and supports both clinical providers and administrative staff to foster a compliant and patient-centered workplace.
Some key responsibilities include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinating the employment process, interviewing and hiring staff. Coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
Employee relations:
Day-to-Day employee engagement, managing workplace culture, resolving employee conflicts/disputes, employee reviews and directing employee disciplinary action.
Benefits and payroll support:
Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate compensation. Updating HR systems for employees to have their most up to date benefits.
Policy implementation and compliance:
Updating policies as needed for new labor laws, HIPAA and OSHA. Making sure employees licensing and certification is up to date. The right candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources. They will need to be able to recruit for clinical and administrative staff, understand licensing and credentialing requirements and anticipate staffing needs. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, knowledge in payroll and benefits management.
