Full Job Description Required Qualifications:
HSD/GED Experience with EPIC or FAST 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions

UKG Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive staff and provider schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all clinic shifts. Enter, update, and adjust schedules in UKG (Kronos) to reflect real-time staffing changes. Monitor staffing levels and address last-minute changes (illnesses, emergencies, or volume changes) promptly. Ensure all scheduling complies with policies, labor laws, and departmental guidelines. Publish schedules on a regular cycle and communicate changes clearly and in advance. Coordinate weekend and holiday staffing, implementing fair rotating schedules and ensuring adequate coverage. Receive and process time-off requests, verifying eligibility and obtaining necessary approvals. Update schedules to reflect approved time off and arrange coverage as needed. Track attendance and availability, reporting concerns to management as appropriate. Collaborate with HR and Payroll to reconcile schedules with recorded time off. Perform routine audits of schedules to verify accuracy and compliance with regulations. Monitor adherence to work-hour limits, overtime rules, and departmental policies. Prepare and present staffing reports using UKG, Excel, or Tableau to inform leadership decisions. Recommend process improvements based on audit findings and operational feedback.
Pay:
