In this vital role, you will manage a broad spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your expertise will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and ensure adherence to employment laws. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to attract top talent Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization Manage employee evaluation and performance management processes to support continuous development and recognition Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) Handle workers' compensation claims efficiently by coordinating with insurance providers and ensuring proper documentation Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions Utilize HR systems (such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro) for data collection, record keeping, payroll processing, and reporting Support change management initiatives by developing strategic plans that align HR practices with organizational goals Facilitate training & development sessions to enhance workforce skills and promote a culture of continuous learning Manage personnel administration tasks including personnel records maintenance, confidentiality handling, and HRIS updates Resolve employee relations issues through effective conflict management and communication skills while fostering a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with familiarity in employment & labor law compliance Strong knowledge of human capital management strategies including talent management, succession planning, and organization design Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Expertise in benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR sourcing techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly Experience with regulatory compliance management related to OSHA standards and affirmative action planning Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic planning goals Knowledge of FMLA regulations and experience in employee evaluation processes is highly desirable Familiarity with conflict management techniques and employee relations best practices Join us in shaping a vibrant workplace where your expertise makes a real difference!
