Job Description

Staffer Loma Linda Post Acute Full-Time Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE Join the Team at Loma Linda Post Acute Loma Linda Post Acute is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Staffer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, is highly organized, and is passionate about ensuring appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary The Staffer is responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining staffing coverage, monitoring attendance, and working closely with nursing leadership to ensure operational staffing needs are met. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage Coordinate call-offs and secure replacement staff as needed Monitor staffing levels and communicate shortages to leadership Maintain accurate staffing records and reports Assist with scheduling adjustments, shift swaps, and time-off requests Communicate effectively with nursing staff, department leaders, and administration Support compliance with facility staffing requirements and policies Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous staffing, scheduling, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred CNA certification is highly preferred; CNAs are encouraged to apply Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Supportive and team-oriented work environment If you are organized, dependable, and committed to supporting quality resident care through effective staffing coordination, we invite you to apply today and become part of the Loma Linda Post Acute team.
