Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree graduate. 3-5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or HR operations. Experience handling full-cycle recruitment and with experience with U.S. recruitment, preferably California-based hiring. Hands-on experience processing weekly, biweekly, or semimonthly payroll. Strong knowledge of California wage-and-hour and payroll requirements, including overtime, pay periods, final pay, wage statements, and payroll recordkeeping. Willing to work fully onsite in Pomona, California.
