Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications About the Role We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Specialist to provide on-site HR and administrative support at our 3PL warehouse in Rialto. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and HR support, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Monitor and follow up on employee attendance and timekeeping issues.
• Follow up on HR paperwork, performance evaluations, and other employee-related matters, and escalate issues when needed.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications 1+ year of HR, HR administration, or office/warehouse administration experience preferred. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Excel and computer skills. Bilingual English and Chinese proficiency required. Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment.
