Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact onsite, greeting visitors, candidates, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm. Coordinate candidate sourcing efforts through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and outreach to attract top talent. Support full cycle recruiting processes including interviewing, candidate evaluation, employment law compliance, and onboarding procedures. Manage talent management software (such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing) to track applicant flow, employee data, and recruitment metrics. Assist with high volume recruitment initiatives across various departments by conducting HR sourcing and external recruiting activities. Facilitate employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and succession planning activities to promote employee growth. Maintain strong relationship management with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and recruitment success. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages], with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources roles involving high volume or technical recruiting. Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred.
