Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This energetic professional will play a vital role in managing human capital strategies, supporting employee relations, overseeing compliance, and enhancing workforce management. This is a part-time hourly position requiring 10 hours per week of onsite support. The total number of hours for this position is 40-50 hours per month. Duties Manage all aspects of human resources management including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance evaluations. Administer benefits programs, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry using OnePoint. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal compliance requirements. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality. Experience Proven experience as an HR department professional with comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices. Experience in benefits administration. Familiarity with employment law in talent management, OSHA regulations, and HR legal compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
