Job Duties:

Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations Organizes and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies Keeps attendance records Responds to employee calls regarding scheduling issues, and prepares written correspondence as necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous staffing experience is preferred Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor) Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities We would also like this position to help in the process of finding and on boarding great new staff. $22-25/hr depending on experience.
