$19-$23.50 Seeking an organized, approachable, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist I. This entry-level HR professional will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is a fully on-site position that partners closely with leadership to foster a positive, high-performing workplace built on professionalism, accountability, and respect. What You'll Do Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reporting. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compensation reviews. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, and workplace policies. Respond to employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns professionally and confidentially. Participate in HR audits, compliance initiatives, and employee training programs. Maintain and communicate company policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates. Support timekeeping processes and partner with leadership to ensure wage and hour compliance. Collaborate with safety and operations teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Provide in-person HR support across multiple departments. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Experience using Microsoft Office and
HRIS/ATS
systems. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive employee matters. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting to changing business needs. #ARROW
