Coordinate and administer employee leave programs , utilizing LeavePro and applying benefits-related terminology and policies. Manage and review HR reports and data from external vendors , ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Analyze HR data using Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation , to identify trends and provide insights. Prepare HR reports and summaries for leadership to support workforce planning and decision-making Preferred skillset: Benefits experience Knowledge of pivot tables Team Player Willingness to learnSalary Range:
