Schedule:
Onsite 5 days/week
Compensation:
$80,000-110,000 Responsibilities Partner with site leadership on talent management, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement. Lead hourly and temporary recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Develop succession plans and support leadership development and training initiatives. Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations. Coach leaders on performance, employee development, disciplinary actions, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities and drive business results. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR leadership, and Legal on key initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment . Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, and employment law. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
