Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing operation in Delaware. This long-term contract position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR specialist who can balance employee support, compliance oversight, and day-to-day people operations in an onsite environment. The role will contribute across the full employee lifecycle while helping maintain accurate records, consistent policies, and effective recruiting coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide employees and supervisors on workplace matters, helping address concerns fairly and in alignment with company policies and employment standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and monitor personnel data to support reporting, audits, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Manage key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding activities.
  • Support hiring efforts by coordinating recruitment activities, communicating with candidates, and assisting with selection processes for operational roles.
  • Review HR procedures and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
  • Administer HR programs and assist with benefits-related activities while ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Use HRIS and Microsoft-based tools to organize information, track actions, and support daily HR administration.
  • Partner with HR leadership and onsite stakeholders to ensure policies are applied consistently across the workforce.
